Peggy, owner and operator of 1st Impression is an ex-realtor, and has spent years flipping homes and getting homes ready to sell. She will personally meet with your customers, go through your customers home front to back, and give them all the details "good and bad" – all focused on making sure there is a speedy and profitable sale.

Peggy will work with your owners to establish a priority "to do list", give them the reasons why these items need to be done and position the information so they will know how it will affect the selling of their home. She will give them the information they need to get the house ready and provide contacts to help them where they can't do the work themselves.

The following are the REAL ESTATE AGENT prices:

• On-site Consultation (approx. 1 ˝ - 2 hrs) - $100.00
• Quick Staging (2 hrs actual working with your customer to prepare if tor pictures or first showing) - $140.00
• ˝ day rate (labour only) - $280.00
• 1 day rate (labour only) - $560.00
• ReDesign Report (including photos, layouts, samples, costing) - $250.00
